Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or letter).

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method).

We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Due to the size and nature of our products (e.g. shower cabins), return shipping costs may be significant and may require a courier or pallet delivery service.

Condition of Returned Products

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
